Suriya leaves his parents for the first time and this is touching and emotional for him. Suriya shifted his base from Chennai to Mumbai along with his wife Jyothika and children. Suriya is currently starring in the action entertainer under the direction of Siruthai Siva.

The film's shooting is progressing at various places across the country and Suriya according to sources shifted his family to Mumbai. It is coming out that he also enrolled his children in Mumbai school. Suriya is seen coming out of an apartment in Mumbai and is going to hotels and this triggered these rumours.

Suriya has taken this decision as his wife Jyothika is also acting in a Hindi webseries. Sources reveal that he bought an apartment worth Rs 70crs. Suriya 42 title glimpse will be released on 14 April 2023 as Tamil New Year special.

The film stars Disha Patani as the female lead while KE Gnanavelraja, Vikram, and Vamsi are bankrolling the project on  Studio Green in collaboration with UV Creations. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director and Suriya will be seen in five roles as Arathar, Venkatetar, Mandakar, Mukatar, and Preumanathar in the film.
