Prakashraj is now rated not only as a successful artist but also a tasteful producer who is showing the talent in picking the creative ideas from Tollywood. Firstly he remade ‘Akasamantha’ of Radhamohan in Kannada language followed by ‘Happy Days’ in Tamil as ‘Inidhu Inidhu’ ready for release. In parallel is Tamil ‘Payanam’ which is Telugu remake of Nag’s ‘Gaganam’ and now, Prakashraj is known to be planning to remake the powerful ‘Prasthanam’ of Deva Katta on his banner ‘Duet Films.’

One most impressive aspect from Prakashraj is that, all the films picked by him for remakes are  genuine content based subjects which showed the changing tastes of Telugu audience. For time being, Prakashraj is more apt to be called as ‘Remake Raj.’
