Preity Zinta to sue media for arrest rumors

Bubbly actress Preity Zinta denied the media reports which stated that a local court in Chandigarh has issued bailable warrant against her and her BF Ness Wadia, for failing to appear before it in a case related to IPL franchise Kings XI Punjab.

Now, the actress is planning to sue all the media organizations which carried the report as she opines that it is an act of defaming her. ‘A request to the media. Please verify news before printing that arrest warrants issued for me in court. This is absolutely false and malicious. We will take legal action against all channels and publications for deliberately damaging my reputation. I expect the news to be pulled off as soon as possible. No summons had been served on me by Magistrate of Chandigarh with regards to appearing in any court case against me today. I have since learnt that no arrest warrants have been issued in my name.
