RGV Admits His Fault

Ram Gopal Varma made classi Rangeela starring Aamir Khan, Jackie Shroff and Urmila Matondkar. The film was a huge hit and continues to remain even now. Post this, Rgv went on to work with Urmila and others but many wondered why he didnt work with Aamir.

Back then it was reported that Rgv’s remake led to a fallout between him and the actor. Now, Rgv has opened up on this after many years where he said that possibly it was his fault and that Aamir felt betrayed.

Rgv said that his words were misquoted by a journalist where he said that the filmmaker said that the waiter performed better than Aamir. This was a huge controversy back then. To this Rgv recently opened on it stating, “The whole world has seen Rangeela and they loved it and that guy is in half a scene. Me saying that the waiter is better than you, in what way do you think it is going to make any difference. In fact it will come on me because my saying that has not led to him signing for 100 films.”
