Hindi Drishyam 2 Lands In Trouble

Malayalam hit sequel Drishyam 2 has been a huge hit on the OTT platform. The film has now been made in Telugu starring Venkatesh Daggubati and Hindi Drishyam 2 remake was announced recently.

The Hindi remake was announced by Kumar Mangat along with Panorama Studios. However, Viacom 18 Motion Pictures which produced the original along with Mangat and Panorama Studios is now baffled that Mangat went ahead without informing them.

In this regard Viacom 18 Motion Pictures said that they have not disassociated with the project and were surprised by Mangat’s move. In this regard, they filed a complaint against Mangat stating they too won the remake rights. Meanwhile, Mangat is yet to make a clarification on this.
