Telangana state will have early polls on December 7th, this year. While TRS will contest alone, the Mahakutami or grand alliance is formed. The Congress-led alliance includes the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), the Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) and the Communist Party of India (CPI). While some surveys came in favor of TRS, few other surveys hint the Mahakutami will form the Government.

Before the caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao dissolved the Government to go for early polls, Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Chief Of Janasena Party had plans to content in both the states. However, KCR’s decision would have shocked Pawan who thought he had enough time to strengthen his party in Telangana.

When all the parties are busy campaigning, Pawan Kalyan is in dilemma whether to stay away from polls in Telangana or to field its candidates. However, as per inner sources, senior leaders in the party advised Pawan Kalyan to stay away from polls this time and instead he should lend support to TRS Party.

They allegedly told Pawan Kalyan that it is not a great idea to contest in the polls, without strengthening the party here. They feel supporting any party would be a good alternative for now. They also prefer to join hands with TRS party, since Pawan Kalyan is always against Congress Party and its ideologies. Few others are suggesting to lend tha party's support to independant candidates.

Pawan Kalyan today told to announce his decision on contesting in Telangana Assembly Polls in 2 to 3 days after discussing with the party leaders. However, he made it clear that, Janasena Party’s main focus is Andhra Pradesh. So, we need to wait for 2 to 3 days for a clarity from Pawan Kalyan!
