Super Star War With Balakrishna

Sankranti race is fast heating up with top stars announcing their releases. Already Balakrishna's prestigious biopic on his dad NTR, titled NTR Kathanayakudu and NTR Mahanayakudu is releasing in two parts on Jan 9 and Jan 25. Ram Charan-Boyapati announced that their project too will release during sankranti.

Venkatesh, Varun Tej's multi starrer F2 too is readying for Sankranti release. Apart from it, couple of small films are eyeing sankranti release. In the midst of all this rumors are spreading that Rajinikanth's upcoming entertainer Petta directed by Karthik Subbaraj too is heading for sankranti release.

Many say Rajini is playing spoil sport with Tollywood filmmakers who are now experiencing tension that if Rajini's Petta release during sankranti, there will be tremendous competition during the festival.

On many occasions, Rajinikanth's filmmakers played spoil sport sending feelers that their film will release during festivals forcing other filmmakers make a hasty retreat. However on many occasions they failed to keep up their promise, leaving others seething with anger.
