2.0 Stories Amazed Shankar

Ace director Shankar is getting ready to unleash his much awaited film 2.0, sequel for blockbuster film Robot. The film starring Rajinikanth, Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar is becoming the talk of the town ever since its launch. Diehard fans of Rajinikanth and movie lovers spread many stories speculating on the plot of 2.0. All these became viral on Facebook,. Twitter and WhatsApp. 

All the stories speculated on Rajini's character, Akshay's role and about film's story. This is akin to Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali The Conclusion. Ahead of Baahubali The Conclusion, many stories came out and some even appeared in the film too. 

Shankar speaking about the stories going viral on social media said some stories reached him too and after going through them, he was amazed at fans creativity. He added that few of the scenes looked similar and at times he thought why he didn’t think like them. He however added that there is no truth in Akshay Kumar's name Doctor Richard and his role as a birdman. 

When asked why he didn’t use Robot name in the title of 2.0, he said 2.0 name was used in Robot also and pointed out that during the climax of Robot in a song, Rahman used 2.0 sounding and so he used the same for the sequel.
