When Rajamouli is dealing a hero, obviously the hero is going to have a bad phase for few years after the film. This happened for many like Prabhas post ‘Chatrapathi,’ Junior NTR after ‘Simhadri’ and even for Ramcharan next to ‘Magadheera’ because the elevation of heroism and addition of commercial mass masala elements can be on peak with Rajamouli. This leaves other directors dealing the same heroes next are left with minute scope to match the viewers expectations.

However, Suresh Babu seems to have understood all these calculations and without erring he selected Rana as one of the heroes for his next project on Suresh Productions banner which is a multi star alongside Venkatesh. This means obviously Venky has to take the major heroic portion while Rana should be supporting.

To bring down the scale of image Rana earns with ‘Bahubali,’ this is the apt way Suresh Babu has picked up. Rana is eager to go for big projects on their home banner but his dad is putting the brakes analyzing the pitfalls in present day cinema business.
