'Jil, Rey' - How To Recover?

Despite Gopichand continuing a winning form of ‘Loukyam’ forwarded into ‘Jil’ and Sai Dharam Tej ‘Rey’ supported by Mega Fans, looks like none of the films can touch the breakeven mark going by the early trade estimates. Both the films are made on extravagant budget of 18 and 35 Crores (approximately) respectively. Openings for ‘Jil’ were good in many areas as the film collected almost 2.2 Crores on day one in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana while ‘Rey’ stood average at 1.6 Crores.

From day two, there was a drop witnessed for two of them. Although reviews were average for two, it’s the mouth talk which is sure to drive overall result. In fact, ‘Jil’ has to outdo the business range of ‘Loukyam’ for landing UV Creations and businessmen thereof to get safer. On the other side, recovery of budget spent on ‘Rey’ is an impossible feat.
