Item bomb Alphonsa can now breathe easy as no more she requires an anticipatory bail to avoid arrest and questioning of police on suicidal death of her live-in partner Vinod Kumar. She even absconded with 8 year daughter to avoid nuisance of media and police when Vinod’s parents suspected a conspiracy behind with involvement of Alphonsa and her brother Robert in killing of Vinod.

Without considering the foul cries of Vinod’s family members, police have declared this as a true case of suicide with no mystery angle. When this case came before High Court for hearing, it is known that neither the names of Alphonsa nor Robert found place in the police FIR. So, this means she does not need any anticipatory bail because her petitions were rejected by Sessions court earlier.
