A day after World Tobacco Day, here is sexy Sameera Reddy giving some gyan on how to quit ‘Smoking.’ While many who have addicted to tobacco find it difficult to get back to normalcy, Sam says this. ‘Hit the gym instead of smoking to stay slim and trim. Women who smoke to remain fit should change their approach as there is no substitute for a good diet and exercise. Make the decision to quit and then, stick to it. Stay strong. I have seen many of my friends go through nicotine withdrawals and it is not easy but totally worth it in the end.’ 

For information sake, Sameera is a non-smoker who still practices yoga daily in order to stay fit and keep her sexy physique still in tact. ‘Practice deep breathing exercises. Even if the cravings get too much use a nicotine chewing gum or patch. But don’t give up and go back to smoking,’ Sameera says it confidently. Looks like she is having quite a bit of experience in dealing these tobacco addicts.
