Chandra Grahan Pushes Dhurandhar 2 Trailer Release

The trailer release for Dhurandhar: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh, has been postponed due to a Chandra Grahan (lunar eclipse) on March 3, considered inauspicious for new beginnings. Initially rumored for a digital release on March 3, the makers decided against it, citing the inauspicious period from 9:39 am to 6:46 pm.

The film's trailer was originally planned for release at Mumbai's Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) on Thursday, but that plan was scrapped in favor of a digital release on March 3. Now, the exact release date of the trailer is unclear. 

Dhurandhar: The Revenge is set to release on March 19, 2026, and features an ensemble cast including Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun. The film is expected to face stiff competition from Yash's Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups, with its trailer set to release on March 8.
