Sreeleela lands in a Bollywood project

It is known that Sreeleela is romancing Karthik Aaryan in  Tu Meri Zindagi Hai. Now , reports are coming that Sreeleela is once again set to romance Karthik Aaryan  in the direction of Kabir Khan.

Karthik Aaryan and Kabir Khan earlier came up with Chandu Champion and now they are coming with a sports drama. A source shares , "Kartik Aaryan has been locked in to play a kickboxing coach in Kabir Khan’s next",

The source added "The duo share great on-screen chemistry. The female lead’s part is limited but pivotal, much like the women characters in Kabir Khan’s films. It will mostly be confined to flashbacks. However, it is important in addressing the coach’s intention and journey. Hence, Kabir is looking to cast a relatively fresh face who also shares good on-screen chemistry with Kartik. Talks are currently underway,"

Official announcement regarding the same is expected soon from the makers. Karthik is undergoing transformation for his role as he will be seen as a kick boxing coach and will be mentoring a young Kashmiri girl.

The yet to be titled film is inspired by the real life incidents and by the life of Tajamul Islam, India’s youngest kickboxing world champion and the first Kashmiri to win a sub-junior world title. The film's second schedule is expected to start in Pahalgam and Srinagar. Plans are on to release the film in 2027.
