Varanasi heads to Georgia

Mahesh Babu-Rajamouli's high profile project Varanasi is progressing at a brisk pace. The makers headed to Georgia where the makers will be shooting important scenes.

Rajamouli and cinematography PS.Vinod few months back visited Georgia and finalised the exotic locations for the shooting. The makers will be shooting important scenes in Georgia which will be going on for the next two weeks.

Inside talk is the film's shooting will be wrapped by August or September and the film is up for a grand release on 7 April 2027. The film stars Priyanka Chopra as the female lead while Prakash Raj and Prithviraj Sukumaran are playing important roles.

The music for the film is tuned by Keeravani and  the film produced by KL.Narayana on Durga Arts banner. Expectations are high on the project as Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu are coming together for the first time and this happens to be Rajamouli's first after the sensation of RRR.
