Anurag Kashyap shocker about Kerala Story 2

The Kerala Story 2 directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh is releasing on 27 Feb 2026. The film is generating interest as the film is the sequel to the hit film The Kerala Story.

The film stars Aditi Bhatia, Ulka Gupta, and Aishwarya Ojha in the lead roles. In the meantime, Anurag Kashyap came up with a shocker. He said “Kerala Story movie is s***. The movie is propaganda and bull****. Aise kaun beef khilata hai?Aise toh koi khichdi bhi nahi khilata hai (Who even feeds beef like that? You wouldn’t even serve khichdi that way). The purpose of the film is to make money. They just want to please everybody and divide people. The filmmaker is a greedy man. He just wants to make money,”

The trailer showed that young Hindu women are lured into interfaith marriages, only to be assaulted, stripped of their rights, and forced to convert to Islam.
