A Major Milestone for the Anticipated Film

Yash's upcoming film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups has secured a landmark music rights deal with Zee Music Company, marking one of the label's most significant acquisitions in recent years. The deal was confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter India, highlighting the film's growing anticipation

The film's soundtrack features a multi-composer lineup, including Ravi Basrur, Vishal Mishra, and Tanishk Bagchi. Vishal Mishra has composed four songs, while Tanishk Bagchi has contributed one track co-composed with Arslan Nizami and Faheem Abdullah. Ravi Basrur has delivered one song and the film's background score, aiming to blend "emotion, mass energy, and cinematic scale".

Produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, Toxic is written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas, who has also directed it. The makers aim to create a soundtrack that connects emotionally across markets while retaining contemporary mass appeal.

Toxic will be released in Kannada and English, with dubbed versions in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and other languages. The film also stars Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, and Tara Sutaria, and is scheduled to hit theaters on March 19, 2026, clashing with Ranveer Singh-led Dhurandhar 2.
