Lust Stories 3 A Promising Blend of Love, Lust, and Power Dynamics

Netflix India is set to release the third instalment of its popular anthology series, Lust Stories, with a new line-up of acclaimed directors, including Vikramaditya Motwane, Shakun Batra, Kiran Rao, and Vishal Bhardwaj. Each director will present a unique story exploring themes of love, lust, power dynamics, and social standing.

The star studded cast includes Radhika Apte and Konkona Sen Sharma in Vikramaditya Motwane's film, Ali Fazal and Radhikka Madan in Shakun Batra's short, Gurfateh Pirzada and newcomer Sana Thampi in Kiran Rao's segment, and Aditi Rao Hydari in Vishal Bhardwaj's segment. 

Filming for all the shorts has been wrapped up, with post production currently underway. The anthology is slated to premiere in mid 2026, produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Ashi Dua under RSVP Movies and Flying Unicorn Entertainment. 

Lust Stories has been lauded for its fearless portrayal of female sexuality, with the first season featuring directors Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar, Karan Johar, and Dibakar Banerjee. Lust Stories 3 marks a historic milestone for Netflix India as it becomes the first anthology to have three seasons.
