Yami Gautam About Her Husband Success With Dhurandhar

Yami Gautam has heaped praise on her husband Aditya Dhar's directorial venture Dhurandhar, calling the script "brilliant" and "amazing". In an interview before the film's release, she revealed that she wished she was a guy after reading the script, highlighting its exceptional quality. "When I read his next script, I told him that it was one of those rare moments when I wished I was a guy. The script is so brilliant. It’s such an amazing world," she shared.

Yami also emphasized the importance of maintaining a professional distance, despite being married to the director. "We respect that professional line. I don’t think that line should be blurred. We’re very clear about it," she stated, adding that she would be fine with Aditya casting someone else if they fit the role better. This understanding, she revealed, has been there since the beginning of their relationship.
