Ranbir Kapoor mega plans to relaunch RK Studios

Ranbir Kapoor to relaunch RK Studios. RK Studios has huge name across the world and it came up with iconic films. Now, Ranbir Kapoor is planning to relaunch RK Studios and continue the legacy of the legendary Raj Kapoor.

Reports are coming that Ranbir Kapoor will be relaunching RK Studios and will be making his directorial debut and will be working in the likes of Deepika Padukone and Ayan Mukherjee.

Kapoor family decided to sell the RK Studios due to increase in maintenance cost and rebuilding challenge. RK Studios, founded by Raj Kapoor in 1948, is synonymous with landmark films such as 'Awaara' (1951), 'Barsaat' (1949), 'Mera Naam Joker' (1970), 'Bobby' (1973), 'Satyam Shivam Sundaram' (1978), 'Prem Rog' (1982), and 'Ram Teri Ganga Maili' (1985). These works helped define an era of Hindi cinema and contributed to the studio's legendary status.

Ranbir Kapoor is currently starring in Ramayana, Love and War and Animal Park to name a few.
