Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra, the highest-grossing Malayalam film of all time, is now streaming on JioHotstar. The film, which was released in theatres on August 28, 2025, has broken multiple records and has become the first Malayalam film to cross the ₹300 crore mark.

JioHotstar has acquired the digital rights of Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra for a whopping ₹75 crore, making it one of the most expensive digital deals in Indian cinema. The film's success can be attributed to its unique blend of mythology, folklore, and modern superhero elements, directed by Dominic Arun and produced by Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films.
