Malayalam superstar Mohanlal has released the hair raising trailer for 'Dies Irae', a horror thriller starring his son Pranav Mohanlal. The trailer sets the tone for a dark and intense story, hinting at a supernatural entity haunting Pranav's character. Directed by Rahul Sadasivan, known for the critically acclaimed 'Bhoothakalam' and  'Brammayugam', 'Dies Irae' promises to deliver a gripping narrative from start to finish.

The film's title, 'Dies Irae', translates to "Day of Wrath" in Latin, originating from a hymn associated with judgment and mortality. Based on some true incidents, the story revolves around Pranav's character, who experiences strange and eerie developments but struggles to convince others.
