Prithviraj Sukumaran on The Goatlife mssing national award

Many expected Prithviraj Sukumaran to win the national award for his performance in the film The Goatlife.

When he didnot get the award, fans got furious and blasted the jury for their judgment. Now, speaking to scribes, Prithviraj reacted on missing the award.

He said "A film is not made for ten people to sit and grade it or for a jury to judge. Nor is it created only for international festivals, though those are certainly valuable. But at the end of the day, movies are made for the audience – for people who buy a ticket, come to theatres, and enjoy the experience. In that sense, the viewers have already given 'Aadujeevitham' its biggest award. For that, I am grateful."

Currently Prithviraj Sukumaran is playing an important role in Mahesh Babu's SSMB29 under the direction of Rajamouli. The film also features Priyanka Chopra as the female lead.
