Yesteryear Beauties get Re Entry shock. Recently Tollywood witnessed the re-entry of Yesteryear Beauties but all of them had to swallow bitter pill on their attempt.

Anshu after starring in Nagarjuna's Manmadhudu, Prabhas' Raghavendra did a cameo in Missamma. After 22 years, she returned back to the silver screen with Sundeep Kishan's Mazaka. She was paired opposite Rao Ramesh in the film which did not do well at the box office. However, the film got decent response in OTT. During the film promotions Anshu got hurt and she promoted with her head injury. With the film disappointing, she did not commit her next film.

Laya had more recognition and popularity than Anshu. She won even national award. She returned back after 18 years with Nithiin's Thammudu. Laya promoted the film as the film revolved around brother sister sentiment. However, the film failed at the box office and she did not get any more offers.

Genelia returned back to Tollywood with Kireeti's Junior. The film revolved around brother sister sentiment and though she got a meaty role, director failed to do justice to the story. Genelia promoted the film in a big way but the film turned out to be a disappointment. She is yet to get other offers in Telugu.
