Varsha Bollamma Constable Kanakam makes a Plagiarism attack. Talented actress Varsha Bollamma is playing the lead role in the webseries titled Constable Kanakam. The film directed by Prashanth Kumar Dimmala stars Rajeev Kanakala, Meghalekha, Ramana Bhargav in key roles.

The makers addressed media and made startling revelations. Director Prashanth Kumar said ‘ We have taken this webseries undergoing lot of hardhips. However we were shocked to see a trailer of another webseries made for another OTT. This looked similar to out webseries content and story. We have approached the court and currently the hearing is on.”

He continued ‘As a director we narrate the story to many people and I narrated the same to a banner. After working for some time, they backed out of the project. Then I approached ETV Win and as they liked the concept the webseries got going. Now with the same story, another OTT is coming with the webseries and it pains me a lot. We have all the proofs for our allegations.

ETV Business head Sai Krishna told ‘ This is ETV Win original series and we are making it in two series ina prestigious manner. Till now this is the most high budget webseries we have undertaken”

ETV content head Nitin Chakravarthy said “Constable Kanakam webseries is made with high budget and high production values. If you take the original story and come up with one new twist, it will not become their new story. This happens to robbery and cheating”.
