Rebel Star Prabhas is stepping into a whole new world of horror and fantasy with The RajaSaab, and at the centre of this spectacle is a Haveli that's unlike anything Indian cinema has seen before. Sprawled across 41,256 sq ft, the hauntingly grand set is now officially the largest horror set ever built in India. Designed by acclaimed art director Rajeevan Nambiar, this isn't just a backdrop—it's an immersive, living, breathing space that's as much a part of the story as the actors themselves.

The Haveli is packed with layers that unfold as the story progresses, with every detail serving the emotion, not just the aesthetics. The intention was to build something that starts pulling you in the moment you enter—whether you're a viewer or someone walking through it. The Haveli will be opened up to national media on June 16, the day when the official teaser also drops, offering them an exclusive preview of the world Maruthi has envisioned.

Known for his distinctive touch in the horror-fantasy genre, director Maruthi has brought together scale and emotion to create a truly immersive cinematic space. Every stone, prop, and shade within the Haveli has been custom-built to elevate the horror. Even the floor has been designed to add an eerie texture to the visuals. This isn't just set design—it’s storytelling through space.

Backed by People Media Factory and produced by Viswa Prasad, The RajaSaab is gearing up for a December 5, 2025 release in five languages—Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. With music by Thaman S, and a scale that promises to be game-changing, The RajaSaab is not just a film—it’s an experience waiting to unfold. The film's grandeur and immersive sets are set to make it a memorable cinematic experience.
