NTR Team Clarifies On The Property Dispute

Rumors surfaced this morning claiming Tollywood star Jr. Ntr sought legal assistance from the Telangana High Court regarding a property dispute in Jubilee Hills. Reports suggested Ntr purchased a 681-square-yard plot in 2003 from Sunku Geetha Lakshmi, who allegedly created fraudulent documents and mortgaged the property to secure loans from multiple banks.

Following a Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) order in favor of the banks, attempts were made to seize the property, leading to Ntr's alleged approach to the High Court. The team "In response to the news which is published today with respect to Mr. Ntr, we woud like to clarify that the said property has been sold by Mr. Ntr in the year 2013. We request you to avoid using Mr. Ntr’s name in any reporting with respect to the said property."

However, the actor's team swiftly issued a press statement clarifying the situation. The statement affirmed that Ntr had sold the property in question in 2013 and requested media outlets to refrain from associating him with the ongoing dispute.

Despite the clarification, the news sparked widespread discussion on social media.  On the professional front, Jr. Ntr is currently working on the highly anticipated film "Devara," directed by Koratala Siva.
