Yami Gautam Article 370 banned in these countries. Yami Gautam's recent film, 'Article 370', has encountered a significant hurdle as it faces a ban in Gulf countries. Despite garnering praise from audiences and critics and performing well in both domestic and international markets, this ban poses a challenge to the film's business prospects in the international arena. However, the certification board has not provided an official explanation for this decision.

The ban in Gulf countries has raised questions, particularly given the region's vibrant tourism industry and the popularity of Indian cinema among audiences there. This ban reflects a similar fate experienced by 'Fighter', starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, which was also banned in all Gulf nations except the UAE.

In 'Article 370', Yami Gautam portrays Zooni Haksar, an intelligence officer, in a narrative set against the backdrop of the valley, focusing on the revocation of Article 370 and the special status of Jammu and Kashmir.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently mentioned the film during an address in Jammu, expressing anticipation for its release and highlighting its potential to provide accurate information on the subject. In response, Yami expressed gratitude on Instagram, expressing her hope to meet and exceed expectations in portraying this remarkable story.

Directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale, the film also features Priyamani, Arun Govil, and Kiran Karmarkar.
