The City Police Commissioner A K Khan on Friday ordered the imposed Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code in the surroundings of the High Court premises following the tension due to agitation by Telangana lawyers.
After the imposition of Section 144, the police now have the authority to stop all processions and rallies in the surroundings of High Court.
According to police, the need to impose Section 144 was acutely felt to prevent untoward incidents and to maintain law and order. &nbsp;
The Police Commissioner also warned of stringent action against those who violate the Section 144.
The lawyers are staging agitation since last Monday demanding 42 percent quota in Judiciary recruitments.
Meanwhile, the Telangana Advocates Forum on Friday met the High Court Chief Justice Nisar Ahmad Kakru at his Chambers and demanded withdrawal of police forces from the High Court premises.
They also urged the Chief Justice to shift Advocate-General&rsquo;s office from the High Court premises.
They also appealed to Chief Justice to initiate action against Deputy Commissioner of Police Srinivas, who manhandled lawyers and lathicharged them.
Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh Bar Council, in an emergency meeting, justified the demands of Telangana lawyers.
However, the Bar Council condemned the ransacking of court premises and boycott of courts by Telangana advocates.

Section 144 imposed around HC

Though the suspense over the withdrawal of resignation of High Court Justice C V Nagarjuna Reddy continued, the police have deployed 2,000 additional forces on the Andhra Pradesh High Court premises following the agitation by Telangana lawyers, who are demanding 42 percent quota in the recruitments of judiciary since Monday.
Although High Court Chief Justice Nisar Ahmad Kakru and Chief Minister K Rosaiah persuaded Justice C V Nagarjuna Reddy to withdraw his resignation but he reluctant to oblige the orders and expressed serious concern over targeting and boycott of courts by Telangana lawyers.
Earlier, the Chief Minister K Rosaiah spoke to Justice Nagarjuna Reddy, who came to court in the morning and left immediately, and asked him to withdraw his resignation.
The Chief Minister also deputed Forest Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy at the behest of the state government to persuade Justice Nagarjuna Reddy.
Meanwhile, City Police Commissioner A K Khan stated the police were deputed on the court premises following the orders issued by the High Court officials.
He said that 2000 police deputed on court premises to prevent untoward incidents and to maintain law and order.
The Justice Naudhad and Justice Eswaraish directed police not to allow anybody into court premises with proper permission and passes.
Tension prevailed on the court premises as Telangana lawyers came in a rally from civil court to High Court and attempted to storm the High Court gates. However, the police foiled their bid and took a few lawyers into their custody.
Meanwhile, the lawyers in Seemandra region boycotted courts in extending their support to Justice Nagarjuna Reddy.

Ram Charan's sincerity, dedication and hardwork is seen on the screen in his performance. He powered the film to new heights with his performance. Buchi Babu Sana loaded the film with mass elements for more than 75% of the film keeping in view , Ram Charan's stardom and fan following. He elevated Ram Charan's style and mannerisms on the screen. But this at times impacted the story and narration. However, in the second half, he showed his mettle during that last 25% with thought provoking dialogues, natural and realistic emotions and strong message to the society. Screenplay turned out tobe decent and Buchi Babu Sana tried to elevate it with the shock factor. A little finetuning of the script and doing away with unnecessary and illogical scenes, Peddi would have got more firepower. Considering all these aspects, Cinejosh goes with a 3 star rating for Peddi.

Sobhan did full justice to all the departments he handled.Pradeep Maddali highlighted how people of Godavari districts take rooster fights as a prestige issue and how few anti social elements take advantage of the gambling. He ensured that the narration doesnot turn into completely serious tone but told in a entertaining manner.The webseries has six episodes and the first episode starts with the introduction of lead actors and the missing of the rooster. The nnarration takes entertaining route with the investigation. All the investigation, scene recreation and others have been written in a funny manner.However, some scenes got repeated and this slowed the pace of the narration, diluting the tempo. Some scenes looked forced and some are not brought to the logical conclusion. One gets a feeling that there could have been few thrillinng scenes while revealing the antagonist. While the first two episodes are hilarious and is narrated at a fast pace, the third episode slows the proceedings.Fourth episode turns the story interesting before the &nbsp;runup to the climax.The music of Saket Komanduri is pleasant ad appealing. The backstory and Trikala generates interest at the start but right after that he ends up confusing with non linear screenplay.The first half has been dragged to the core and the slow pace impacted the output. Though some clarity comes in the second half, it turns out to be routine with psychpath kind of elevations and monotonous scenes. The film lacked the natural feel and everything looks artificial in the end.Pavan Chenna's cinematography is ok. Harshavardhan Rameshwar's music also fall in the same zone. Song on mother is ok. He tried to make up for it with hilarious scene in the police station during the preclimax. The entire first half is dragged with the love scenes featuring the lead pairs. The interval twist sets the tone for the second half. The pace picks up in the second half but the so called twists can be easily predicted.The music for the film is tuned by Ilayaraja. The songs looked like serial songs and offered nothing new. and the background music turned out to be a huge disappointment. One cannot believe that Ilayaraja scored the music for the film. The cinematography of Arvind Kannabiran is good. He showed the scenes in a realistic manner adding aesthetic elements. The editing of Junaid Siddiqui could have been better as there are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. He came up with a simple story of how a family tries to protect themselves when on attack from dreaded gangsters. Many such films came earlier but Subhash K Raj narrated it in a different manner trying to send message to the society.He showed father training his daughter to be brave and not to tolerate any injustice not only to the family but others in the society despite mother expressing her own fears. He also highlighted the importance of martial arts and how it will be helpful as a self defence system.He started the narration in &nbsp;a gripping manner and then the narration and screenplay turns racy throughout the first half. The first half ends in a decent manner setting the stage for the second half. The second half also treads in a similar manner but pace dips at times and due to few repetitive and dragged scenes. The climax too turns out to be weak.Arun Radhakrishnan's cinematography is good. He used the camera angles and color combinations to perfection do give a natural and realistic feel. Ravi Basrur's background music is impactful and added value to the narration. The editing of Pradeep E Ragav is decent enough except for few drags here and there and repetitive scenes. Many films came earlier with similar concept and Veeru Vulavala tried to generate humour and entertain movie lovers with this story highlighting the frustration of the husbands. The entire first half is loaded with the fights between husband and wife and the happenings between the friends and court scenes. All those things are routine and few hilarious scenes are just ok though they are nothing new.The first half ends with the revelation of the secrets of the protagonists and the entire second half is all about them proving their innocence. The director failed to connect the emotional chords and failed to establish how a small incidents lead to divorce. Few emotions are ok but the super heroes fights looked silly and didnot workout. He tried to load the second half with intense emotions but failed to do full justice to them.He ended few roles abruptly and didnot justify few characters in the film. Climax twist is decent &nbsp;to some extent.Satish Muthyala's cinematography is good. Shrawan Bharadwaj's music is just ok and so is the background music. Editing of Koti left a lot to be desired. There are many unnecessary scenes that impacted the final output. He tried to send the message to the society with this emotional love story that disability shouldn't be an obstacle in the success and one shouldn't stop progressing brooding over the past happenings.The first half starts with the introduction of various characters and the blossoming of love between the lead pair before the interval twist. But the routine shades and slow pace ended up testing the patience of the viewers. The entire second half is loaded with emotional content. The twist in the pre climax is good and the climax turns out to be emotional.There are many unnecessary scenes that defies logic and also the conflict is not shown in &nbsp;a convincing manner. The relationship and connection to four kids and the granny is not shown properly.Aravind Thirukovela with his cinematography turned the scenes colorful and visually appealing on the screen. Sooraj S Kurup's songs are just average. He however made up for it with his background music adding value to the narration. Ram Jagadeesh's dialogues are relevant, interesting and motivational. Editing of Raviteja Giriala left a lot to be desired. Though the film's duration is less, the editing made it feel like the film is never ending. He continues from where he left in Drishyam 2 and the narration progresses in the same vein. He starts the narration in an interesting manner increasing the curiosity levels highlighting the fears of the protagonist in the wake of the recent developments which got him unwanted media attention.He also showed the emotional situation and trauma of the female cop who experiences shock of her son's death and how to deal ith them. He slowly corelates both the incidents and developments and showed the media trail and social media impact on the protagonist's family. He concentrated on the happenings in Varun's life and tried to surprise viewers.Though Jeethu Joseph tried to highlight the emotional complications and implications and also worked hard to maintain the thrill factor, viewers who watched the first two parts, feel everything is stretched and they could easily guess the next scenes and proceedings. They feel that Jeethu Joseph stretched the narration and the so called thrill factor to a point of no return. The slow pace in the first half tests the patience of the viewers. It is only during the runup to the interval block some sense of urgency is shown and few scenes increase the thrill factor.People expect a more interesting and intriguing second half. However the familiarity of the behavior of the characters robbed viewers of the novel feeling. Everything turns predictable be it the investigation sequences, emotional scenes and the pattern in unraveling the suspense. To the top of it, when viewers expect a shocking climax, the simple climax turns out to be a major disappointment. The way protagonist comes with silly ideas turns out to be a huge disappointment. The Telugu dubbing turned out to be the worst.The editing of Vinayak VS could have been far better. There are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. The cinematography of Satheesh Kurup is in sync with the story. He used the camera angles and color combinations to give realistic and natural feel to the proceedings.The music of Anil Johnson is ok and his background score elevated the scenes.
