Behind the Movie Veedinthe: Talented and versatile artist Vikram has a definite craze in Tollywood which raised curiosity on this film. Glamorous Deeksha Seth along with cameos of Reema Sen, Shriya wooing the audience, director Suseenthiran who recently came up with mind blowing ‘Naa Peru Shiva’ arrived today in theatres with ‘Veedinthe.’ Let us see, how far this dubbing flick is worth a view?

In the Movie Veedinthe: Film starts with Shankar aka Fire Shankar (Vikram), a gym boy cum small time villain artist in films aspiring to become a powerful villain in film industry. He is a Good Samaritan in love with cute looking girl (Deeksha Seth). In parallel, there is Ranganayaki aka Akka (Sana), political leader running land mafia. Her eyes fall on the Orphanage Home land property of old man Dakshina Murthy (K Vishwanath), which is being run on the name of his late wife.

When Dakshina Murthy is chased by goons of Akka, here comes Shankar saving him. They both develop a special bond towards each other while Akka uses her political power to grab the land. How did Shankar save this property, what was the role of cold blooded murderer Mustafa (Pradeep Rawat), the right hand to Akka in this action game and finally how did Akka’s life end forms the rest.

Values & Out of the Movie Veedinthe: Creative specialist Suseenthiran for the first time seems to have eyed upon a Mass Masala Commercial Entertainer away from his comfort zone. He has got good star cast and enough of storyline to cook. Unfortunately script was filled with too many errors leaving a boring output at disposal. There is nothing of an excitement or a moment of enticing in the entire run. Direction went hopeless as story proceeds on. Cinematography by Madhie and stunts of Anal Arasu are a good job. Music by Yuvan Shankar Raja is below average. Editing by Kasi Vishwanathan and Dialogues from Shashank Vennelakanti missed the sharpness. Finally it’s the production values of PVP Cinema that stood on top notch.

Performance wise Vikram was at his usual best in stylish look carrying out action, action and only action. Deeksha Seth is beautiful with no scope to perform. Surprisingly K. Vishwanath has come up with a suave characterization bringing cheers on viewer faces. Sana is hopeless while Pradeep Rawat is unnecessary but is astonishing in a fight sequence. Remaining others are just okay.

A strong script makers like Suseenthiran working on a movie with this kind of lackluster script is shocking. Despite we have good star cast, no where is their talent utilized. Vikram’s mass style supplemented with background of Yuvan was just an emulation of Rajinikanth. Neither the drama in the plot nor the punch in action was registered. Definitely this is not the way; a film targeted for masses is to be dealt. Song of Vikram, Shriya and Reema placed at ‘The End’ is still more frustrating. Commercially, ‘Veedinthe’ misses the BO target by miles. What looks good in the film is Vikram presenting himself in new mass look with dynamic mannerisms full of energy and Vishwanath's act as 'Love Guru.'
