Will Pawan Achieve What Chiru Achieved?

Power Star Pawan Kalyan, chief of Janasena before becoming active in politics till one year back or so used to say he was not interested in power or CM post but he entered politics to question the wrongdoings of those in power and ensure that the people get good administration.

After failing to do so in the last four years after powering Chandra Babu-Modi combine to power in Andhra Pradesh, it seems he changed gears. Instead of talking about questioning those in power, he started attacking opponents and now started claiming that he will solve the problems once people elect him as the CM.

In the recent past on many occasions, he requested people to give him one chance to prove his ability as the CM. During Janasena Pravasa Garjana, organized in Dallas, USA yesterday to raise funds to strengthen the party, Pawan Kalyan surprised all with the CM talk.

He said “I would have received unbelievable amount of money as my remuneration had I remained an actor. On some occasions, I had even returned crores of rupees. I entered politics with only one motive that, the future generations should not face the issues that I have been facing now. Whether I will become the CM in 2019 or not is in God’s hands.”

Many feel Pawan is passing time Day Dreaming, instead of concentrating on strengthening his party. Political analysts point out that Janasena has no cadre and no leader to put up a strong fight in the elections and they cite how Pawan missed the golden opportunity to contest elections in Telangana and instead playing second fiddle secretly to TRS. They say if Pawan continues to act in such a passive manner than in an active manner, he may not even achieve what his brother Mega Star Chiranjeevi achieved with Praja Rajyam.
