TDP Govt, YSRCP failed to Special Status for AP: Raghuveera Reddy

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) President Dr. N. Raghuveera Reddy has accused the Telugu Desam Party Government and main opposition YSR Congress Party of failing to get Special Status for the State.

Speaking to media persons on Thursday, Raghuveera Reddy said while the TDP Government failed to make effective representation with the Centre on Special Status issue, the YSRCP has failed to raise the issue in a proper manner. He alleged that the BJP-led NDA Government was cheating the people of Andhra Pradesh.

The APCC chief also alleged that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has failed to fulfill the poll promises which include providing one job to every household in the State. He said thousands of people have lost their jobs since TDP took over in the State.
