Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreyya on Saturday alleged that the ban on the entry of MIM President and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi into Bengaluru was part of the conspiracy hatched by both MIM and Congress.

Speaking to media persons here, Dattatreyya alleged that the MIM, in connivance with the Congress, has been trying to polarise the atmosphere in Bengalure to take its political advantage in Hyderabad during next GHMC elections. He alleged that Asaduddin Owaisi and his younger brother and MLA Akbaruddin Owais have been delivering hate speeches. He criticised a recent speech of Akbaruddin Owaisi wherein he allegedly made some comments on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's wife.

Dattatreyya also demanded that the State Government issue a White Paper on the extremist activities in Hyderabad, especially in the Old Cit. He said a DGP level officer should be deputed to keep an eye on the extremist activities in Hyderabad.

The Union Minister also paid rich tributes to those killed in the Dilsukhnagar blast on the occasion of its second anniversary on Saturday.
