Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has said that there was no need for the government to be vindictive.
The Chief Minister was replying to the remarks made by MIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owasi that those who oppose Congress will be put in jail. “We have gained nothing from putting Owaisi brother in jail and the government is in no way concerned with it,” he said adding that it is not fair on your part to put your words in other’s mouth.
Earlier, Akbaruddin said that he was not scared of the cases. There is no protection for Muslim women, he said and affirmed that he did not indulge in any anti-national activity. He said that cases were foisted on TRS as it has moved the No Confidence Motion in the assembly.
