TRS dismisses reports of differences with TP-JAC

Telangana Rashtra Samithi Floor Leader Etala Rajender on Monday refuted the media reports that claimed that differences exist between the Telangana Rashtra Samithi and the Telangana Political Joint Action Committee.

Talking to media persons in the Assembly premises, Etala Rajender accused the media of publishing 'baseless' stories on 'minor' issues and alleged that the media wants to get mileage by showing them in magnifying lens. He advised media to stop 'malicious campaign' against the JAC and TRS.

Stating that the TRS has played a crucial role in the formation of Telangana Political Joint Action Committee, he said that the TRS has implemented the directives of JAC, in letter and spirit, in all the Telangana districts. Stating that minor differences were ‘common’ among allies, he said that the JAC would resolve them through consensus and by making consistent efforts.

Stating that the minorities in the State were distancing themselves from the Telangana agitation due to attitude of the BJP, he said that the JAC of Warangal has extended its support to TRS candidate in the by-election of Parakala Assembly constituency. He said that the Telangana agitation would be intensified from June-July under the leadership of JAC and TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao.
