Errabelli slams KCR for anti-Naidu campaign

Telugu Desam Telangana Forum convenor Errabelli Dayakar Rao on Tuesday came down heavily on Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao for launching a malicious campaign against N Chandrababu Naidu by leveling baseless allegations.

Talking to media persons at Assembly media point, Errabelli said that KCR has no moral right to speak on Naidu and challenged KCR to come for an open debate on who cheated the people of the region on Telangana state formation. Stating that Naidu never cheated the people on Telangana issue, he said that Naidu gave total freedom to the elected representatives of the region.  If KCR agrees for a public debate, he said that the TDP would explain to the people on how KCR exploited the Telangana sentiments.

Errabelli alleged that KCR minted money in the name of Telangana agitation and sold party tickets to his favourites. Anyone who opposed his decisions was expelled or forced to resign from the party. He alleged that KCR even cheated Prof Jayashankar by promising him a Rajya Sabha seat.

The TDP leader also said that police have booked cases under 420 IPC against KCR for cheating the students by luring them in the name of sending them to Gulf countries for employment.
