Kabali Telugu Still in Danger!

'Kabali' is not certainly a 'Lingaa' now, as the latter suffered 70% of losses while the former received earth shattering openings in its first weekend's run. Still the movie appears to be a fish out of water with its Telugu version. 

'Kabali's Telugu version has done a pre biz of Rs.32 crores and it needs to collect Rs.34 crores to fall into profit zone. The movie collected Rs.18 crores in its first weekend's run and it needs Rs.16 more crores for a safe zone. Unless the movie runs with steady collections for two more weeks, the movie can't get break even. Had the movie collected Rs.25 crores in its first weekend's run, the movie would definitely have got profits in its full run. Whatsoever, we need to wait for few more days to know how well the movie gets survived at the box office. 

On the other hand, the movie collected close to Rs.5 crores in Kerala and needs Rs.2.75 crores in the territory to reach break even. Tamil media is giving some exaggerating numbers in the state but the film actually managed to accumulate Rs.38 crores nett collections.
