Is It TDP's Blunder on AP's Special Status?

The BJP government has taken U turn on announcing special status to AP. This is really a shocking blow for new Andhra Pradesh as it faces financial hardships right now. The Tdp government, alongside its favourite media houses, was earlier expected to protest against the union government seeking AP's special status. However, nothing of that sort is happening at present. Had the government taken all parties to Delhi and negotiated with the union ministry, definitely, the center would have announced special status to AP. Unfortunately, the Tdp has not preferred that wise move. Instead, the party just demands a few thousands of crores for building the capital city and to overcome financial blues. Since it being one of the allies of the BJP, the Tdp might have decided to stay calm on AP's special status. But this decision of the party will surely throw AP into the hive of bees.
