Modi and Venkaiah Should Learn That Idiom

'Actions Speak Louder Than the Words', is one of the best idiomatic expressions of English language that every politician must follow its message. However, there are two politicians, who appear to follow the Telugu saying 'Maatalekkuva, Chethalu Thakkuva'. This is about BJP's PM nominee Narendra Modi and MP of Rajyasabha, Venkaiah Naidu and their stands on state's bifurcation we are talking about. 

Modi, earlier, said it was injustice to divide 'Telugu Thalli', while Venkaiah in Rajyasabha has delivered an interesting speech on state's bifurcation. But then, what happened ultimately? Neither Modi nor Venkaiah alter BJP's stand of supporting state's bifurcation. Finally, both the big leaders just moved their lips but nothing else in state's bifurcation process.
