Shankar hope Oscars for Robot: From Malaysia

The big event of ‘Robot’ audio release was held few hours ago in Kualaumpur, Malaysia with presence of Rajinikanth, Kalanidhi Maran, Aishwarya Rai, AR Rahman, Shankar and other team members. 

Trendsetting director Shankar speaking from the stage said, ‘I have been to Malaysia before ‘Nayak’ Hindi was shot here and a song from Aparichithudu was shot here there after. My ‘Jeans’ was the only film that ran for 100 days in Malaysia and now Rajini is also here, so I hope you will make it a 200 days film.

This film has a lot of dedicated people.  I feel most people worked in this film deserve Oscar. Art Director Sabu Cyril and Editor Antony deserve it. Cameraman Ratnavel has done a tremendous job.

Like Rajinikanth sir, Aishwarya Rai is liked by children to old alike. So, she can be called Lady Rajini. Without two people this film wouldn’t have been possible. One is Rajini the other is Kalanidhi Maran.  Robot is entertainment, huge, fresh, organic and unforgettable.’
