Suriya Donates Organs

Organ Donation awareness spreading camps is spearheaded by many top celebrities who have pledged in last on year or so to donate their organs. Among the list there were big celebs like SS Rajamouli, Nagarjuna, Kamal Hasan, Amala and now South Indian star hero Suriya too joined the list. In fact, Suriya supported one of the recent Tamil film ‘Chennayil Oru Naal’ (In Telugu, ‘Traffic’) which was based on the concept of Organ Donation.

In a recent Marathon event held in Chennai, hero Suriya has officially declared of donating the organs serving an inspiration for many others. The Marathon was organized by an Organ Donation Foundation. ‘I have pledged my organs, have you? Love your liver and live your life,’ Suriya said in his speech.
