Save The Tigers Web Series: Story Review

Save The Tigers story is all about three couples and how their lives take a turn when they get frustrated with the happenings in their respective personal and professional lives and vis a vis the environment they are brought in and living in and how people get influenced and various perceptions.

Ganta Ravi (Priyadarshi) raises buffaloes and sells milk to people and he lives in slums along with his mother Poshavva (Gangavva), and wife Hymavathi ( Jordar Sujatha.P) and two children. Goutham (Abhinav Gomatham), takes a break as a software engineer to pursue his dream to become a writer and he lives with his wife, Dr.Madhuri (Pavani Gangireddy). They are blessed with a girl. Vikram (Chaitanya Krishna) is a creative director for an ad agency owned by Ram Mohan (Harshavardhan). His wife Rekha (Deviyani Sharma) is a popular lawyer and they are blessed with a girl.

Where their lives head to, what is their connection, and how police Bhikshapathi (Srikanth Iyengar), psychiatrist Dr.Spandana (Sathya Krishnan), and maid Lakshmi should be enjoyed on screen.

Save The Tigers: Artists Review

All the artists performed extremely well and in a natural and realistic manner. While Abhinav Gomatam did well as a cool and hilarious husband who works hard to become a writer, Chaitanya Krishna performed well as the creative director in an ad company and who gets sandwiched between his mother, wife, and mother-in-law. Priyadarshi Pulikonda who has that natural flavor shone in the role of a person who delivers milk and who lives in a lower-middle-class area. His dialogues, mannerisms, and accent in the Telangana dialect elevated the film to another level.

Harshavardhan is good as the boss in the ad agency while Srikanth Iyengar is fine as a cop. Gangavva as Priyadarshi's mother made her presence felt. Sathya Krishnan and Venu Yeldandi made their presence felt in small roles. Female leads, Pavani Gangireddy and Deviyani Sharma in the roles of doctor and lawyer are good. Jordar Sujatha as the wife of Priyadarshi stole the show and she complimented Priyadarshi quite well. Rohini and Sujatha Badam performed well in their roles.

Save The Tigers: Technicians Review

Save The Tigers story penned by Pradeep Advaitam highlighted the lives of frustrated couples in a funny and hilarious way. While Pradeep Advaitam and Mahi V Raghav created the show, Teja Kakamanu directed it. The webseries has 6 episodes. They are Mothers Day, Tigers Meet, Tigers on TV, Dikky Dikky, No Pain No Gain, and Best of The Tigers.

The first episode showed how children missed their mothers during Mothers' Day at school and how their fathers made them happy by participating in the school function. The episode is hilarious and the narration is racy the director not only introduced the main characters in a quick manner without wasting even a single minute but also made the male lead characters meet at the end.

The next episode showed how the three male protagonists plan to meet and it showed their job and work frustration and how their wives view them and pressurize them to move ahead in their careers or in their personal life by shifting to another locality. The third episode shows how they vent their frustration at a bar and what happens when their wives meet and come to know what they did in the bar.

The fourth episode shows the creative ad shoot and it showed the difficulty of creating a commercial. The fourth episode showed the consequences of the protagonists getting caught in front of their wives and how they dealt with them. All these five episodes are loaded with spontaneous and witty dialogues and the director Teja got the optimum out of the actors.

However, in the final episode, the director and the writers lost steam and one gets a feeling that they are included only to drag the scenes and end it abruptly to set the stage for the second season. Screenplay and direction are quite good for most the webseries. Teja and the creators Mahi V Raghav and Pradeep Advaitam did an excellent job in having continuity to all the episodes and the way they narrated even the emotional and sentimental scenes in a hilarious manner is commendable.

They did not try to overdo emotions and even if they included them, they kept it short so that the pace is not impacted. Only in the final episode, they are off the track. Dialogues are witty and hilarious to the core. The way they generated fun between the protagonist and the maid, or the protagonist who comes from slums and attends parents meeting in the international school, etc are praiseworthy. To the top of it, they also sent good messages highlighting the good and bad touch, objectification of women and how women fight against the ad company, and also how three women from different economic backgrounds, started working without depending on their husbands for livelihood.

The makers also highlighted how small children get influenced by the way parents behave and how quickly they pick up what parents speak and do the same in school. The episodes also stressed the need for upbringing by the parents and how parents care for the well-being of their children.

Vishweshwar's cinematography is natural and beautiful. He showed the environment in various scenes in a realistic manner, be it the slums or the posh apartments. Sriram Madduri's background music is good and it gave a natural and realistic feel to the viewers. The background score is in sync with the story and the narration. Editing of Shravan Katakaneni is good for most part of it, except for the final episode. He should have been sharper in the final episode. Production values of Three Autumn Leaves are good. Director Teja Kakumanu penned the scenes in a realistic and natural manner drawing inspiration from real-life incidents and using his creativity while writing dialogues that are extremely hilarious and entertaining. This worked out in big time and Teja managed to create a laughing riot most of the time. Whenever viewers are about to get impatient, he found a way by coming out with witty dialogues and jokes tickling their ribs.

Altogether, Save The Tigers is extremely entertaining and at the same time message oriented. Teja Kakumanu who directed the webseries and Mahi V Raghav, and Pradeep Advaitam who created the show, should be congratulated and commented on for the out-and-out hilarious episodes in the webseries. They not only turned the episodes hilarious but also sent a strong, powerful message to society in a subtle and silent manner. The story though is common, they created wonders with their screenplay and direction. Dialogues are impressive, attractive, and impactful. Considering all these aspects, Cinejosh goes with a 3 Rating for Save The Tigers Web Series.
