Behind the Movie Hrudayam Ekkadunnadi: The only tag of Mahesh Babu’s close relative made some of us to have a look at Krishna Madhav’s debut into films. Directed by Vi Anand, this film has got no big hype. Let us get into the next portions.

In the Movie Hrudayam Ekkadunnadi: An architect by profession Madhav (Krishna Madhav) waits for a perfect girl to get into love. He then finds childhood crush cum school friend Gayathri (Anusha). Obviously, it’s the love track which falls on track in no time. When it comes to marriage, Madhav has to impress Gayathri’s father (Ahuti Prasad), owner of a Biryani Hotel chain in Hyderabad.

Gayathri introduces Madhav just as an architect to her dad and gets him the project to construct their new branch of Biryani Hotel. The real assignment for Madhav begins in completing the construction in just 32 days with no support from masons. Exactly besides the construction site, there lives a cool headed soft girl Nithya (Samskruthi). Slowly Madhav develops a special bond with Nithya while the distance and opinion differences pop up with Gayathri. How did Love God Manmadha (Harshavardhan) and his team (Dhanraj etc) end the tale is rest.

Values & Out of the Movie Hrudayam Ekkadunnadi: A movie needs to have concept and director has to put the needed shining before injecting the same into audience brains and hearts. Vi Anand’s poor scripting and immature direction resulted in a spineless movie with missing soul. Though the idea was to discuss on the confused state of teenage minds when in love, the core did not really get into execution. Adding to it is the half grown characterizations with childish performances. Cameraman Prasad GK is a total let down. No where do the blocks are placed to perfection. Editing by Sharavanan is also poor. Vishal Chandrasekhar was unnecessary stirring his band in BGM. However songs are a bit better composed but poorly handled on screen. Never to miss, Madhava is good at dances while he has no scope to perform dare devils tunts. Dialogues by Jignesh fell flat including the crucial climax. Production values of Kriti Media were also below average.

Performance wise Krishna Madhav is good looking. On acting front, he behaved a bit rigid before camera. Being the first film, Madhav has lot of scope to develop only and only if he picks right stories and talented directors. Heroine Samskruthy is doll faced with no proper basics in acting. Anusha is also just average and the voice dubbed for her character highlighted few scenes. Ahuti Prasad, Surya, Prasad Babu, Ananth etc did their portions.

Krishna Madhav is energetic in dances and has done the home work to impress Mahesh Babu Fans. In order to develop into a complete artist, he should tighten up the loop holes. Optimistically, Krishna Madhav should have to wait for second chance. Director Vi Anand needs to be blamed for entire boredom imparted into the film. Plenty of dry scenes made part of first half needs to be trimmed immediately. Second half, there are few feel good and humanity based episodes which needed better treatment. Overall, just Krishna Madhav is the saving grace.
