Ari: My Name is Nobody story revolves around people get lured by a creative advertisement and the developments in their lives in the aftermath. Multi-Billionaire Vipra Narayana Paswan (Sai Kumar), tea stall worker Amool Kumar (Viva Harsha), Gold man Gunjan (Subhalekha Sudhakar), Air Hostess Athreyi (Anasuya), Police Officer Chaitanya (Srikanth Iyengar), thief Surya (Purimetla Surya), housewife Lakshmi (Surabhi Prabhavathi) and others make a beeline seeing a commercial ad about any wish is fulfilled on social media.
Where this leads to, who put up the mystery commercial and what changes it brings in their lives form the twists and turns in the narration.
Vinod Varma who played an important and pivotal role failed to make an impact. His performance brought down the intensity levels.Sai Kumar slipped into the role effortlessly. He showed good expressions and emotions and showed variations accordng to the situation bringing in all his experience. He delivered dialogues in an impactful manner.
Anasuya impressed all with her performance. Srikanth Iyengar got a good role with different variations and he performed in a commendable manner. Viva Harsha evoked few laughs. Surabhi Prabhavati, Subhalekha Sudhakar and Surya did justice to their roles.
Others like Chammak Chandra, Aamani, Suman, Srinivas Reddy performed accordingly.
Ari story is penned by Jayashankarr. He came up with an interesting concept and tried to thrill viewers. There are lot of characters in the story and so the director instead of wasting time with the detailed introduction of them, decided to show them as per the situation with interesting screenplay.
He connected each and every character accordingly but failed to bring the story to a logical conclusion.
Anup Rubens songs failed to add value to the narration. His background score also turned out to be just average. The cinematography of Shiva Shankar Vara Prasad, G Shiva Kumar is good and is as per the budget of the film. Editing of G.Avinash could have been better. Production values are ok.
Altogether, Ari: My Name is Nobody takes viewers on an interesting journey. Director Jayashankarr came up with an interesting story and concept but he ended up narrating the story in a confusing manner disappointing viewers. A little finetuning of the screenplay and the script and not so complex narration would have taken the film to another level. Considering all these aspects, Cinejosh goes with a 2.5 rating for Ari - My Name is Nobody.
