Vijayashanti demanded that the government order probe into the incidents and take action against the police officials for their "inhuman and biased" actions. It appeared, she alleged, that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has deliberately allowed the police to take on TRS supporters at the Telangana Bhavan. She alleged that several party activists and leaders, especially the women, were brutally beaten up by the police.

The Medak MP has accused the State Government of providing unprecedented security to Seemandhra leaders while giving the police a free hand to take on Telangana supporters. She demanded that the government order a high-level probe into the incident and take action against the officials concerned.
