Facts about EARTH BLACK OUT in 2013

Our planet Earth is about to face a solar storm in year 2013 which would severely damage the earth and technology in the space means satellites. Some experts from NASA are saying that the damages as a result of this solar storm will be as huge as twenty times then the damages occurred due to Hurricane Katrina in year 2005.

The solar storm can eject high radiation and charged particles into space which could lead to heavy magnetic fields that will become hazardous for functioning of satellites and space stations. If what they predict should happen, then all the mobile phones, GPS, TV, Radio etc will not work at all, and this could lead to Earth Blackout in 2013.

Solar storms occur when sunspots on our star erupt and spew out flumes of charged particles that can damage power systems. The sun’s activity typically follows an 11-year cycle, and it looks to be coming out of a slump and gearing up for an active period.

Please see the above image of Sunspot Cycle which was taken from 1995 till predictions to 2016 and above. Sunspot counts for 2009 have dropped even lower. As of March 31st, there were no sunspots and that was the quietest sun we have seen in almost a century. Now the graphs seems to be peeking up high to reach the top by 2013 which is more publicized as ‘End of Earth.’
