Icon Star Allu Arjun's Pushpa is proving to be a solid hit everywhere.except in a particular zone. Pushpa has been a smashing hit in Bollywood with more than Rs.20 crore gross collected so far. The film can easily accumulate Rs. 5 or Rs.10 crore more in its full run.
In the US Pushpa minted close to $1.9M so far. The film needs $2.5M for a break even. It's expected to breach the mark by the second weekend. Pushpa Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam collections are also encouraging.
Pushpa's show is a rampage in Telangana. The film needs just Rs.3 crore more to reach a break even and which will be achieved by Christmas.
However, Pushpa, inevitably, falls into losses in a particular zone. But then, movie lovers urge the cine critics not to consider Pushpa a flop in that zone as they claimed it's a haunted zone consisting of a supernatural evil force simply called 'Deyyam' in Telugu. It remains to be seen whether film critics pay heed of the words of movie lovers or not.
