Actress Official Confirmation About Acharya

Here comes clarity on heroine to romance megastar Chiranjeevi in his 152nd film Acharya. Kajal Agarwal, Anushka Shetty and few other names were considered for the film. Now, it is that, Kajal is confirmed to play female lead in Acharya. The actress made the news official during her interaction with her followers in instagram.

When a fan enquired Kajal about her new projects, she replied saying, “Well, I’ doing Chiranjeevi sir’s film Acharya. And I’m looking forward to that. Of course, all shoot and everything has been put on hold currently. I’m sure lot of you are working from home.”

Kajal who earlier romanced Chiranjeevi in his comeback film Khaidi No 150 appealed everyone to be extreme cautious and be safe, given coronavirus cases are increasing every day.

It is known that, Trisha Krishnan was original choice for the role. However, she opted out owing to ‘creative differences’ with makers. The film directed by Koratala Siva will also feature Ram Charan in a brief yet important role.
