Acharya Makers Clarify About Charan’s Role

Speculations are rife with the reports that, Mega Power Star Ram Charan who will be playing a brief role, besides producing his dad megastar Chiranjeevi’s 152nd film Acharya is not investing anything on the project and is involving in production activities, though he will be getting 50 % share, apart from remuneration for both Chiru and Charan.

Condemning the reports, Niranjan Reddy of Matinee Entertainment who is the other producer of the film stated, Ram Charan is an active producer and the star is equally involved in all the production related discussions such as monetary contribution and the production.

“The news item about Konidela Production Company and Mr Ram Charan being passive and non contributing producers to the upcoming Chiranjeevi – Koratala Siva film (#Chiru152) is completely incorrect.

The production house Konidela Production Company and Mr Ram Charan are fully and equally involved in all the production related discussions; monetary contributions and the production. Everything is shared equally between Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainment.

In fact the mutual duties and responsibilities have been discussed between Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainment and the film’s production is being done accordingly,” reads the statement from Niranjan Reddy.
