This Celebrity Tested Corona Positive, Attended 3 Parties

Best known for her songs Baby Doll and Chittiyaan Kalaiyaan, popular singer Kanika Kapoor tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Friday. She was admitted to the King George's Medical University (KGMU) hospital in Lucknow.

Kanika Kapoor was in London on a vacation for a while and returned to Lucknow three days ago. She also refrained from informing authorities about her travel history. She reportedly hosted a lavish party for her friends and family at a five-star hotel which was attended by bureaucrats, politicians and socialites.

She is also said to have attended three parties after arriving in Lucknow from London and came in contact with around 350-400 families in these parties. Her family are undergoing test today and are also in isolation.
